Before requesting the deletion of your account from our support team, please ensure that you do not have any active subscriptions. If you have signed up on our website, you may check your current subscription status from your account settings. If you have signed up via the App Store / Play Store, please check your current subscriptions under your Apple ID / Google account. Additionally, please be aware that deleting your Skoove account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through external platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must manually cancel your subscription in the app store from which it was purchased to avoid additional charges.
Once you have confirmed you have no running subscriptions, please contact our support team either via email at info@skoove.com or via the chat function on our website or in the app and ask for the deletion of your data. The data removal process strictly adheres to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) standards, ensuring secure and proper deletion of your personal information.
Our support team will check your request and process it immediately, but within the legal deadline, in accordance with Art.12 Para.3 GDPR. You will of course be informed about this process. Proper data removal may take some time as it adheres to strict GDPR guidelines, but you will receive a confirmation once the deletion and data erasure are complete.
Delete Your Skoove Account Manually
You can delete your Skoove account in the Skoove App by following these steps:(Please note the same rules apply to subscription cancellation as above)
Log in using the account you wish to delete.
Press Profile in the left-hand side of the screen
Go to Account
Press Privacy
Press delete Account
Follow the instructions on screen to delete the account.
A confirmation of this process will then be sent to your email.
A few additional steps are required in case you have been using any of the following sign in methods:
Login With Facebook
Log out from the app.
Click on the menu icon in the top right of Facebook.
Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
In the left menu, click Apps and Websites.
Go to Skoove and click Remove.

Log out from the app.
Go to the Apple id in settings

Choose “Skoove Piano”
Press “Stop Using Apple ID”
Login with Google:
Log out from the app.
On your Android phone or tablet, open Settings
Tap "Google"
Tap "Manage your Google Account"
At the top, tap "Security"
Under "Signing in to other sites," tap "Signing in with Google".
Tap "Skoove" and remove access.
