Before requesting the deletion of your account from our support team, please ensure that you do not have any active subscriptions.
If you have signed up on our website, you may check your current subscription status from your account settings. If you have signed up via the App Store / Play Store, please check your current subscriptions under your Apple ID / Google account.
Once you have confirmed you have no running subscriptions, please contact our support team either via email at info@skoove.com or via the chat function on our website or in the app and ask for the deletion of your data. Unfortunately, you cannot delete your Skoove account on your own.
Our support team will check your request and process it immediately, but within the legal deadline, in accordance with Art.12 Para.3 GDPR. You will of course be informed about this process.
A few additional steps are required in case you have been using any of the following sign in methods:
Login With Facebook
Log out from the app.
Click on the menu icon in the top right of Facebook.
Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
In the left menu, click Apps and Websites.
Go to Skoove and click Remove.
Click Remove again to confirm.
Sign in with Apple
Log out from the app.
Go to the Apple id in settings
Password and security
Apps using apple Id
Choose “Skoove Piano”
Press “Stop Using Apple ID”
Login with Google:
Log out from the app.
On your Android phone or tablet, open Settings
Tap "Google"
Tap "Manage your Google Account"
At the top, tap "Security"
Under "Signing in to other sites," tap "Signing in with Google".
Tap "Skoove" and remove access.
