Skoove is an automatically-renewing subscription service. We do our absolute best to be transparent about this: information about it is included in multiple steps of the subscription process and it is constantly visible in your account settings as well as in our terms & conditions. Thus, it is the user’s responsibility to cancel the subscription in time to prevent any unwanted charges.
Web:
If you no longer want to use Skoove, please log in to your account on our website. Cancel your current subscription from your ‘Account Settings’ by clicking on the “Would you like to cancel your subscription?” link from the bottom of the page. Then, follow the instructions on screen until you see a cancellation confirmation. This way, no further charges will be made.
App Store:
If you’re subscribed through the App Store on your iPhone or iPad, you will need to cancel your subscription by following the instructions below or contact Apple support for any payment-related matters. Please note: Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
To cancel your App Store subscription please follow these steps:
On the home screen, tap 'Settings'
Tap your name
Tap 'iTunes & App Store'
Tap your Apple ID, then tap 'View Apple ID'. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID
Tap 'Subscriptions'
Select 'Skoove'
Select 'Cancel subscription' from the bottom of the page
Select 'Confirm'. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle
You’re all set.
Please note that only Apple has access to payments made for App Store subscriptions. Skoove cannot prevent or refund any charges made by Apple.
Play Store:
If you’re subscribed through the Play Store on your Android device, you will need to cancel your subscription by following the instructions below or contact Google support for any payment related matters. Please note: Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
To cancel your Play Store subscription please follow these steps:
Open the Google Play app
Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google account
Tap Menu -> Subscriptions
Select the subscription you want to cancel
Tap Cancel subscription
Follow the instructions
Done.
