If your Skoove subscription is active, but Premium is not showing in the app, the steps depend on where you subscribed.

First, check where you subscribed

This article is for users who subscribed through:

The steps are different for iPhone/iPad and Android.

If you subscribed on iPhone or iPad

On Apple devices, you may need to manually restore your purchase.

1. Check that your subscription is active

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap your name

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Look for Skoove

If Skoove is listed as active, continue with the steps below.

If you do not see Skoove, you may be signed in with a different Apple ID.

2. Make sure you are using the right Skoove account

Log in to Skoove using the same method you used when you created your account:

  • Sign in with Apple

  • Sign in with Google

  • email address and password

If you used Sign in with Apple, make sure you sign in with the same Apple ID as before.

3. Restore your purchase

  1. Open the Skoove app

  2. Go to Profile or Account settings

  3. Tap Restore purchases

Your Premium access should appear after that.

If you subscribed on Android

On Android, you usually do not need to restore your purchase manually.

Your subscription is normally linked to the Google account you used in the Google Play Store, and Skoove should detect it automatically when you are signed in correctly.

1. Check that your subscription is active

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap your profile icon

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions

  4. Tap Subscriptions

  5. Look for Skoove

If Skoove is listed as active, continue with the steps below.

If you do not see Skoove, you may be signed in with a different Google account.

2. Make sure you are using the correct Google account

Check that your Android device is signed in to the same Google account you used to buy your Skoove subscription.

3. Make sure you are using the right Skoove login method

Log in to Skoove using the same method you used when you created your account:

  • Sign in with Google

  • Email address and password

4. Reopen the app

Once you are signed in with the correct Google account and the correct Skoove account, close and reopen the app.

In most cases, Premium should appear automatically.

Please note: the Restore purchases button in the app is for Apple purchase restoration and does not usually do anything for Google Play subscriptions.

If you signed up with "Sign in with Apple"

If you created your Skoove account using Sign in with Apple, you must log in the same way again.

  1. Log out of the Skoove app

  2. Restart the app

  3. Tap I have an account

  4. Choose Sign in with Apple

  5. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used before

Some Apple accounts use a private relay email address. That is normal.

Still not working?

If Premium still is not showing, please check that:

  • your Skoove subscription is still active

  • you are signed in with the correct Apple ID or Google account

  • you are using the correct Skoove login method

  • your latest payment was successful

If everything looks correct and Premium is still missing, please contact Skoove Support.

It helps if you include a screenshot of your active subscription.
