I subscribed through the App Store and can't access Premium content.

Your Skoove subscription is linked to your Apple ID, so please first ensure that you are logged in with the Apple ID you subscribed to Skoove with. To check that you have a valid subscription, please follow the instructions below: Additionally, verify your payment status to ensure that the most recent payment for your Skoove subscription was successfully processed. Also, confirm that the email address you are using matches the one linked to your Premium subscription. If unsure, try checking alternate email addresses you may have used.

  • On the Home screen, tap 'Settings'

  • Tap your name

  • Tap 'iTunes & App Store'

  • Tap your Apple ID, then tap 'View Apple ID'. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID

  • Tap 'Subscriptions'. If you have an active subscription with the Apple ID you are viewing, you will see Skoove listed. If you do not see Skoove listed, you either do not have a Skoove subscription or you have subscribed using a different Apple ID

If you are logged in with the correct Apple ID, then please login to the Skoove App by using the email address and password you chose when registering. If you still do not have access to Premium content please open the Skoove menu, go to your profile settings and click on "Restore purchases". If your account has been deleted but payment verification confirms an active subscription, contact Skoove Support to manually re-enable Premium access and to address any lost time due to account inactivity.

If your subscription is not linked to your email address, verify if you used a different email address while registering. Provide proof of payment such as a screenshot or transaction reference number to Skoove Support to help locate your subscription. If the issue is due to a failed payment, update your payment details or resubscribe through your Skoove account page. Premium access will be restored upon successful payment.

Also make sure yuo are using the correct login method. If you signed up to Skoove using the Sign up with Apple/Google option, you must login using this method, or if you used email and password, then you must log in using the email and password fields.

If this does not resolve the issue please contact our support either via email to info@skoove.com or by using the chat function in the app or on our website.
