I have not received a confirmation email, what can I do?

This article helps you troubleshoot why you have not received a confirmation email after registering to Skoove

Usually receiving the confirmation email should only take a couple of minutes. If you still haven't received it after that there might be a few different reasons for this:

  1. Sometimes the confirmation email gets detected as spam. Please check your spam folder in case the email landed there. 

  2. You may have accidentally signed up with an incorrect email address (f.e. '' instead of ''). If you are still logged in to your Skoove account please go to profile settings and check that the email address you used is correctly typed. If there is a typo in it simply update the email to the correct one and request a new confirmation email!

  3. If you are using Safari, Opera or Mozilla Firefox as your browser, please try requesting the confirmation email again by using Google Chrome.
