At Skoove, we aim to make managing your account as easy and transparent as possible. When we ask for payment details during the free trial, it’s because your trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription once it ends. This setup ensures a seamless transition without requiring you to re-enter your payment information. When redeeming a promotional trial using a code, providing payment details is required to ensure a smooth activation process and uninterrupted access after the trial period. Rest assured, you will not be charged if you cancel the trial before it concludes.
Your payment method remains securely linked to your account throughout the trial period to provide uninterrupted access should you choose to continue with a subscription after the trial.
If you start a free trial on our website, you can cancel at any time from your Account Settings. As long as you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged. If you cancel during the trial or an active subscription, you’ll continue to have access until the end of the current period.
Trials and subscriptions started in the App/Play Store must be be managed in the respective Apple/Google account. (How do I cancel my subscription?)
