How do I redeem a voucher or coupon code?
You can sign up for Skoove either in the app or on our website. However, voucher and coupon codes can only be redeemed in your account on the Skoove website.
To redeem your code, log in on the website and go to Account Settings. Once the code has been applied, the discount or free trial will be linked to your account, and you can continue using the app with the same login details.
If you purchased a keyboard, your package may include a coupon code for a promotional offer, such as a free trial of Skoove Premium.
When redeeming your code, you can ignore any offers or pop-ups, such as the 7-day trial, by clicking the X in the top-right corner.
Web:
Navigate to Account Settings: Go to the Account Settings page via your profile menu or press Premium button.
Enter the coupon code: Type your coupon code into the "Enter Coupon" box at the bottom of the Account Settings page.
Follow on-screen instructions: Complete the prompts to redeem your coupon and activate your promotional benefits.
Mobile website:
Depending on the promotion you are redeeming, you may need to type in your payment details in order to redeem the code. Just follow the instructions on the screen! We promise no charges will be made during your trial period.
