Why is my 3-month trial not being reflected in the Skoove app?

I applied my coupon but the app is still asking me to subscribe

If you have successfully applied your coupon on the Skoove website. To access the Skoove lessons in the app, please make sure to login to the app using the same login method used on the website when creating your account.

ie. if you signed up using an email and password, please log into the app using this method. If you have chosen one of the single sign on options such as "log in with Apple/Google/Facebook", then you must use the same single sign on option in the Skoove app.
